Your planner — and the field people leave blank
Preview text: It is the third one. It is also the only one that matters.
Your Busy-Day Version Planner is attached, along with the walkthrough.
Before you open it, one thing about how to fill it in. Most people complete field one and field two in about four minutes. The anchor is easy. The full version is easy — it is the thing you have already tried.
Field three is where people stall, and it is the whole point of the page. It asks what this habit looks like on your worst realistic day. Not your average day. The day the deadline moves, or the school calls, or you are driving someone to an appointment you did not plan for.
Write that version now, while nothing is on fire. If you wait, you will be writing it at 9pm on a Tuesday that has already gone wrong, and at that point it is not a plan, it is improvisation. Improvising is where habits die.
You know what to do. That has never been the gap. The gap is that nothing you have tried had a smaller version of itself to fall back on when the week changed shape.
Takes about fifteen minutes. Nothing is sent anywhere.
