Fit Call · 15 minutes · Free
Fifteen minutes to find out if this is the wrong thing for you.
That is not a figure of speech. If what you need is clinical, or if the shape of this program does not fit your week, you will hear that on the call rather than after you have paid.
Book the call
What happens on the call
- What you last tried, and what was happening in the week it stopped.
- The two or three things that reliably break your week in a normal month.
- What is already fixed in your day — something that happens whether the week is good or terrible.
- A plain answer on whether Steady Steps Reset is the right shape for you.
What is not on the call
- No assessment, no diagnosis, no test results, no medication guidance.
- No pressure to enroll on the call, and no follow-up sequence you have to unsubscribe from.
- No homework before we speak.
- If what you need is clinical, Alice will say so and name the kind of professional to talk to.
If you decide to go ahead
Steady Steps Reset is USD 240 total — four weekly 30-minute remote sessions, the workbook, and optional weekday check-ins, with seven days to request a full refund. Enrollment is handled after the call by the assistant, not on it.
Educational coaching, not healthcare. No license is implied. No diagnosis, no treatment, no medication guidance, and no promised health outcome. Anything that needs clinical assessment is declined and referred to a licensed professional; urgent needs go to emergency services.
Rescheduling
If your week moves, the call moves.
All scheduling and rescheduling is handled by the part-time assistant in America/New_York, with a defined reschedule window. You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one.
A program built around unpredictable weeks that punished you for having one would be repeating the failure it claims to fix. So it does not.
