Paid lane · ad drafts

Four drafts, four entry points.

Ad drafts for review. No paid-ad account is connected in this environment; nothing here is live, budgeted or scheduled. No outcome, metric, testimonial or scarcity claim appears in any variant — the only capacity statement is the stated 20 participants per month.

Paid social — single image, cold audience

You do great for two or three weeks. Then a deadline moves, or a kid gets sent home, and it is the first thing to go. That is not a discipline problem. Every tool you tried was designed for your good week, and none of them had a smaller version to fall back on. Write the smaller version first — the free planner is four fields on one page.

Your plan was built for a calendar you don't have

Free planner. Four fields, one page, about fifteen minutes.

I have no discipline. Other people have willpower, I clearly don't.

Four questions, about fifteen minutes, nothing sent anywhere. At the end you have the bad-Tuesday version of one habit you have already abandoned, written down while nothing is on fire. No account, no streak, no score, nothing to cancel.

By the end of week 2 you have one page: the anchor, the full version, the busy-day version, and what you do the day after a miss. By the end of week 4 you have a maintenance plan written in your own words. Those are the deliverables. There is no outcome claim attached to them, and there will not be one.

Before any of these run

Three conditions, none of them optional.

  1. Alice reviews and approves every line. The stated bottleneck is producing clear content without overclaiming, and a compliance rewrite mid-launch costs more than any variant is worth.
  2. A paid account has to exist and be connected. Today there are two channels: the informational website and the opt-in email list.
  3. Spend is only sensible against a fill-rate goal, not a scaling goal. Capacity is 20 participants per month, so the ceiling on program revenue is fixed and the ladder rungs are where anything beyond it comes from.

Educational coaching, not healthcare. No license is implied. No diagnosis, no treatment, no medication guidance, and no promised health outcome. Anything that needs clinical assessment is declined and referred to a licensed professional; urgent needs go to emergency services.
